Children Under 13
Love’s Angel does not intend to collect any personal information from anyone under 13 years of age. If you are under 13, you should not enter any personally identifiable information about yourself on Love’s Angel, and should ask a parent to do so for you. If you are under 13, Love’s Angel must have express written permission from a parent before you may provide us with any information about yourself or before you can use Article Comments. The authorizing parent must email us certifying the parent’s age and authority, and giving us express permission to allow you to use the Article Comments.
Information Collection
Love’s Angel does not collect personally identifiable information about you except when you specifically provide this information on a voluntary basis, for example, in our Article Comments or in any Subscription Forms run by Love’s Angel. Love’s Angel will make every effort to ensure that whatever information you provide will be maintained in a secure environment. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure and Love’s Angel does not use encryption. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, Love’s Angel cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us and you provide such information at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission, we make our best effort to ensure its security on our systems.
Information Sharing
Love’s Angel will never share or provide your personally identifiable contact information to any third parties. Love’s Angel does not retain any outside company to manage any database containing customer information to create and distribute mailings or e-mail. We do reserve the right to contact you directly only if we feel it is necessary.

Love’s Angel reserves the right to perform statistical analyses of user behaviour and characteristics. This is done anonymously (i.e. no personally identifiable information is used). We do this in order to measure interest in, and use of, the various areas of the web site.
You should be very cautious when you voluntarily disclose personal information (for example, name or e-mail address) on message boards, in chat areas, or the upload areas of any web site. That information, along with any other information you may disclose in your posting, can be collected, correlated, and used by third parties, and may result in unsolicited messages from other posters or third parties. You should be aware that Love’s Angel uses “cookies” throughout the site in order that you may use it’s facilities with all the appropriate permissions throughout your stay. You will need to accept these to use the facilities to their fullest extent though this can be on a “session only” basis if you wish. There are one or two direct links to other sites that may ask to set a “cookie”. It is entirely up to the user whether to accept these or not. Accepting these is not a necessity for viewing Love’s Angel.

Love’s Angel offers links to other sites from pages within the Love’s Angel domain. Love’s Angel has no control over these external sites or their content, and cannot be held responsible for any actions they may take or any information they might collect.
